LISA MARIE BROWN
Lisa Marie Brown is an entrepreneur and businesswoman, Founder of the multi award winning business Pinkspiration in 2011, which ranks on the Natwest SE100 as one of the top social businesses across the UK. Nominated as Top 10 Business Woman in Wales an expert working in the construction industry, her career started by re-building one empty room to working on Wales Largest road scheme the A465 a £400 million programme. After a gap in the market and more than 380,000 empty spaces and empty shops with nearly 1 million young people unemployed and only 1% of women in manual trades, 5% of engineering and 12% at professional roles started up Pinkspiration to up skill the next generation for industry. Lisa’s work has reached more than 20 million worldwide and is currenlty working on a brand new TV show with Cardiff TV “ Lisa Talks Business”.
We Mean Biz is the brainchild of Philippa Constable, the well known networking skills expert and founder of the acclaimed Women Mean Biz networking organisation which she launched in 2007, and is now the largest business networking platform for professional women in the South West of England. Having taken two start-ups from zero to success whilst bringing up two children, she understands the challenges that women and men face with networking and in business, and she’s passionate about helping people in business succeed. Philippa has years of experience and research into how people can get the best out of business networking. Having been a member of business development schemes and networking organisations herself, she wanted more than what was on offer. She’s developed a format that’s proved successful for hundreds of men & women, whether in business for the first time or with years of experience. She believes that most people don’t understand what ‘real’ networking is truly about, and is on a mission to educate people on how to network effectively.
Having studied business administration at Cardiff University, Greer joined Barclays Bank on a regional graduate scheme in 1997 and has worked her way through the ranks of the Corporate Bank to achieve her current role of Corporate Relationship Director in 2007. Outside of work Greer has 3 school-aged children and in the rare moments of spare time likes to keep fit and cook!

She has designed, delivered and evaluated creative and innovative programmes of learning to improve leadership practice, encompassing Leadership and Organisational Development, Solutions Focused Change and Improvement and Developing Behaviours for personal, professional & organisational growth. Committed to being authentic and demonstrating her values in all that she does, Bethan has extensive experience in coaching, mentoring, action learning and bespoke facilitation and in the use of Psychometric tools as an accredited practitioner.
