Chepstow Racecourse is committed to providing Owners & Trainers an enjoyable experience. Whether a sole owner, syndicate or shared ownership we aim to make every owner's visit a happy and memorable experience.
Priority parking is reserved for Owners & Trainers, please follow the direction of our parking stewards and signage on the day. For sat nav the postcode is NP16 6BE.
On arrival please head for the Owners & Trainers Entrance (to the right hand side of the main entrance) where the team will look forward to welcoming you, providing your badges and briefing you on the day's information.
There is a Restaurant reserved exclusively for Owners & Trainers, and is conveniently located with a patio space to enjoy. Complimentary luncheon and afternoon cakes are served (with a valid voucher) along with Tea & Coffee, a full bar and tote service.
Owners, Syndicates & Shared Ownerships can request up to 8 complimentary badges per runner (must be registered in advance of the day). for the Owners and Trainers Restaurant and luncheon or a minimum of 20 Syndicate Badges which will gain access into our new Syndicate Lounge. The maximum number of Owners per horse admitted into the Parade Ring is 8 for any runner.
Winning or placed connections are invited to watch a re-run of their race in Winning Connections, and celebrate with a glass of Champagne!
Presentations of winning mementos are presented to all winning Owners, Trainers & Jockeys and copies of every race on a USB is provided to winning and placed owners.
If you have a runner at Chepstow and are unable to join us on the day racing is broadcast live on Sky Sports Racing Channel 415.
Badge Allocations Guidance
These are your badge options:
Option A – All owners are eligible to claim a maximum of 8 owners’ badges, which will offer access to the Owners and Trainers facilities with complimentary buffet style food, tea and coffee. There will also be a cash bar. If you would like to take up this option, please register via the PASS system.
Option B – For any owner, or a syndicate, who would like to bring more guests or members, we are happy to allocate a minimum of 20 Syndicate badges. These will offer complimentary access to our Syndicate Lounge and all of the public areas of the racecourse.
To utilise option B, please do not go through the PASS system, and contact us directly instead. You should email syndicates@chepstow-racecourse.co.uk with the name of your horse, time of your race, and a list of those you wish to attend no later than 4pm the day before racing. It is imperative that all those listed are named with an email address.
