A beautiful and established conference venue for hire in Monmouthshire, Chepstow Racecourse has a number of large suites that work well for conferences, exhibitions and events.

Alongside the plentiful space, there is an excellent and reliable power supply (both inside and out), and a dedicated marketing team to help support your event’s online presence. All in an easy to reach location from Newport, Cardiff and Bristol by both motorway and train. Ideally located on the A466 Chepstow to Monmouth, not far from the Severn Bridge from the M4 East (junction 21) or the M4 West (junction 23). The venue also boasts 1500 free parking spaces.

Some of the events and exhibitions we host throughout the year include: The Rock & Gem Show, Toolbank Trade Exhibition and the Wyedean & Forest Rally. With fantastic facilities, an enthusiastic team and a venue set in 400 acres of beautiful parkland, we are the the home to many successful events all year round.
