Owners & Trainers

PASS Admission System

Chepstow Racecourse, as part of Arena Racing Company (ARC), have committed to the following Owners & Trainers policy. This policy is designed to offer a better service to one of our key customer groups.

We will be using the PASS system for administering Owners & Trainers admission badges. Please arrive at the racecourse ready to present your new PASS card. If you have not yet received your new card, contact pass@weatherbys.co.uk.

Please manage your badge allocation and pre book your guest or syndicate badges in advance of the meeting via the website www.rcapass.com to help us to offer quick and efficient access to the course.

Coral Welsh Grand National - Special Owners & Trainers Guide

The following arrangements have been planned to ensure a smooth entry to the racecourse and the Owners & Trainers' facilities on our busiest day of the year. All tickets will be available for collection from the usual Owners & Trainers Entrance.

We will be using the PASS system for administering Owners & Trainers admission badges. Please see above for full details.

In the event that you are unable to use the PASS system please send requests for badges to Sarah Bell by emailing ownerstrainers@chepstow-racecourse.co.uk, or calling 07443 583348 or faxing 01291 672061 as early as possible. This is an extremely busy race meeting and it is far easier for us to administer badge reservations prior to Christmas. We can take reservations on Boxing Day and December 27th but we would prefer these to be last minute amends please.

Owners & Trainers Bar
There will be an extension to the Owners & Trainers Bar to create additional space. A complimentary light meal, tea, coffee and biscuits will be available in the main bar and overflow facility. Upon arrival you will be given a voucher for your refreshments.

Reserve a Table
If you would like to reserve a table in Silks Restaurant or the Final Furlong hospitality marquee, please contact us as soon as possible as availability is limited at this busy race meeting. Owners receive a £20 discount on the normal package price. Please note that for the Coral Welsh Grand National, additional tickets are available for £32 with a limit of 6 additional discounted tickets per runner. This is a variation to our normal policy outlined below.

Owners & Trainers Policy

For Owners
  • Complimentary tickets for single owners and partnerships (6) and for syndicates of 3 or more (8).
  • Additional tickets are available at discounted prices with a limit of 10 additional tickets per runner, please contact the office for details.
  • Note. Different conditions apply on Music Race nights and at the Coral Welsh Grand National.
  • Complimentary light meal.
  • Complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits.
  • Complimentary bottle of champagne for every winning owner.
  • Complimentary DVD and photograph of winning horse.
  • All ARC fixtures are included in the ROA badge scheme. ROA badge scheme members will receive a Premier admission ticket.
  • All ARC fixtures have a big screen.

For Trainers
  • Two complimentary guest tickets.
  • Complimentary meal.
  • Complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits.
  • Text messaging service ahead of racing for all ARC tracks.
For Racehorses
  • Clear signage for horse movements.
  • Post-race endoscope available for hire.
  • Parade Ring Safety Officer at every fixture.
  • Equine facilities and treatment boxes furnished to a high standard.
  • Quality, complimentary, veterinary care whilst on the racecourse.

During the race meeting our Owners & Trainers hostess, Lynn Fletcher, will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Raceday Photography
To view and purchase pictures of your winning horse, please visit www.chepstowracephotos.co.uk around lunchtime on the following day.
