Come and join us for Winter Ladies Day – a new exciting event at Chepstow Racecourse.
Ladies, get a group of friends together, dress up in your classic winter outfits and enjoy a fantastic day at the races. Men – you are welcome too!
There is top class racing plus live music entertainment and a fashion show. Gates open at 12.05pm and the first race is off at 2.05pm.
In the Premier Enclosure, a Michael Buble tribute act will entertain guests in between races with an Olly Murs tribute act performing after the last race.
Heart Radio’s Jagger & Woody will be co-hosting the fashion show and judging the competitions for the Best Dressed Lady, Best Dressed Couple and Best Dressed Man – (please note this will take place in the Premier Enclosure and you will need a Premier Entry ticket).
The prizes will be £500 for the best dressed woman and £500 for the best dressed man. There’s also £500 for the best dressed couple, with an overnight stay at the St. Pierre Marriott Hotel & Country Club.
In our Premier Enclosure marquee you will find various boutique-style trade stands. There will be places to purchase/sample tea, coffee, candles, clothes, wine, jewellery. The Heart Angels will also be with us throughout the afternoon, so do keep an eye out for them and take part in their promotional competitions.
The racing is top class too. The feature race is a £40,000 handicap chase won last year by the superb Sire De Grugy. There is also a £20,000 qualifier for the Pertemps Final at the Cheltenham Festival.
Hospitality in our shared Coral Suites starts from £45 pp. This includes a host, pianist, prosecco on arrival, shared table, full afternoon tea and racecard.
For hospitality, please telephone Charlotte Caple or Claire Bebb on 01291 622260.
All advance bookings using a credit or debit card are subject to a £2 fee – please note this is per booking not per ticket. If you have purchased a ticket well in advance, your ticket will be posted at least one week before the raceday. However, if you purchase a ticket 5 days or less before the date of the meeting, your ticket(s) will be left at the main entrance under the name in which it was booked.
