2009 Badges
By becoming an annual member at Chepstow Racecourse you can enjoy all 29 fixtures during 2009 at Chepstow, 13 fixtures at Hereford, as well as further discounts and benefits throughout the year.
Once again Annual Members at Chepstow and Hereford can benefit from 68 excellent reciprocal meetings at Racecourses throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. These will include 4 visits to Ascot, plus a new arrangement set up with Hickstead for dates at their British Jumping Derby and Royal International Horse Show.
The cost of membership for the forthcoming 2009 season at Chepstow and Hereford Racecourses will remain at 2008 prices. Single membership for the whole season will cost £290.00, or alternatively by joining with a partner or a friend, our double membership costs £512.00. Annual membership is also available for the jumps season only at a cost of £190.00.
With a total of 42 fixtures at Chepstow and Hereford scheduled during 2009, Annual members can enjoy variety of flat and jump racing for as little as £11.90 per fixture. You badges are also fully transferable to friends and family in the event that you are unable to attend any fixture.

Early Bird discount – Book your badge NOW!
As usual, an Early Bird Discount will be available for badges purchased on or before Friday 5th December 2008, with full price being charged after that date. Badges will be available before Christmas for presents! We are also offering two complimentary badges for a race meeting of your choice at Bath (excluding Friday 5th June) for those who wish to take up the Early Bird offer.
To ensure prices for our annual membership stay as low as possible, metal badges will no longer be offered. The swipe cards which have been in place for the past two seasons will gain you access to reciprocal meetings and membership benefits.

Please note that 2009 Annual badges will not be valid for bookmakers entering Chepstow and Hereford for the purpose of conducting their business. They will be required to pay the full stated price on the day.
