REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only made in the case of the race meeting being abandoned.
The safety of horses and jockeys is paramount at Chepstow Racecourse and meetings are only abandoned if the Clerk of the Course and officials deem it unsafe to race.
If you are concerned about the race meeting you attending then please telephone the Racecourse office on 01291 622260. It is advisable to check the website and/or racing papers prior to attending where abandonment information will be posted.
In the unfortunate event of a race meeting being abandoned before the first race a transfer to another race meeting will be offered. If this option is unsuitable a full refund will be offered. If the meeting is abandoned before the third race a 50% refund will be made.
If you are eligible for a refund or transferee, you must return your race ticket(s) to the Racecourse office after the abandonment with contact information to:

Any refunds will be processed either by credit card or cheque, depending on how you originally paid. Please note that no cash refunds will be paid. All refunds will be given after the abandonment and not be paid on the day.
For Hospitality and Restaurant clients the refund or transfer will be assessed per individual booking, depending on food and drink consumption. For further information please contact the hospitality team on 01291 622260.
If we abandon after the third race no refund is payable.
