After recently being granted a Wedding Licence, you can now hold your whole day here and rest assured that every detail will be taken care of, leaving you to enjoy your day.
There are a variety of banqueting suites to choose from, and we would be delighted to help you in selecting the suite best suited for the size and style of your reception.

Each of our packages includes: -
- Private Facility for your wedding ceremony and reception
- Choice of Three and Four course silver service menus, with menus tailored to suit your needs on the day
- An Exciting afternoon or evening of racing entertainment
- White linen tablecloths and napkins (coloured are also available if required)
- Printed menu cards for each table
- Use of cake stand and Bridal knife
- Free and convenient car parking
- Secure, lockable area for Wedding gifts
- Complimentary first anniversary gift of a dinner for two in Silks Restaurant at any race meeting (subject to availability)
Room Hire
The following charges apply for Civil Ceremonies: -
- Tintern & St Arvans - £500 (inc VAT)
- Piercefield Suite - £500 (inc VAT)
- Premier Box - £300 (inc VAT)
The room hire charge includes provision of clothed registrar’s table with floral display, a Signing table and theatre style seating.
