Thank you and your team for all the hard work and effort you put into making sure our event was as successful as it could possibly be. In particular Brian and Yvonne, who catered for our every need with a gracious smile and immediate response, and Louise with all the organisation and arrangements.Every single member of staff we came into contact with throughout the organisational period and the day itself were friendly, helpful and extremely professional. I have been organising these events for years and I thought we were using the best venues in Wales. We visited Chepstow and were met with the response 'the answer's yes, what's the question?'.
