Many thanks for the facility......it was a hugely successful event in a great venue and the competitors really enjoyed themselves. Brian did a great job supporting and liaising with us and we were delighted with how it went.

Our Events Teams has a wealth of experience organising exhibitions and large public shows.
We are a fantastic venue for events including product launches, business exhibitions, motor shows, trade fairs and wedding exhibitions.
Whether you need are organising a public show for 10,000 people, or a trade fair and seminars for one hundred delegates, we have a range of facilities to exactly meet your needs.
For exhibitions and other events that require indoor space for trade stands we have two halls which provide plenty of flexible floor space. The remaining syndicate suites are in close proximity to the main halls, to facilitate breakout sessions and/or to provide offices for event organisers and key clients.
A big thank you to all of you at Chepstow for making our event a success. The Directors were really happy with the racecourse and all the staff and have asked for their thanks to be passed on.

Our site, which comprises many acres of outdoor space (including lawns and hard standing), has a secure perimeter and turnstile and gated entry points. There is also free car parking.
We are located in South Wales, but on the English border, between Cardiff and Bristol and just minutes from the M48, M4 and M5 making us a fantastic venue for both consumer and trade events.
