Our package includes three servings of tea/coffee and biscuits, iced water and cordials throughout the day, a two-course buffet lunch, delegate stationery, hire of the main meeting room plus a separate room for lunch and refreshments.
There are no hidden costs – delegates can even park for free when you hold an event at Chepstow Racecourse & Conference Centre.
