The two sporting icons will host a Question & Answer session in front of an audience of hospitality guests and members of the racecourse's Business Club.
Tables for ten are available to non-members priced at £550 incl. VAT and include private hospitality in the Coral Suites, private balcony overlooking the racecourse, three course meal, private bar facility, private Tote betting facility, complimentary racecard and the opportunity to meet Dave and Warren.
The afternoon race meeting will offer spectators six races on the flat and the chance to see some of the UK's top jockeys and racehorses in action.
Richard Holland, General Manager at Chepstow Racecourse said: "Bringing Warren and Dave to the racecourse is going to be a major attraction and will be a fantastic event for businesses looking for a different way to entertain their clients.
"Chepstow is the home of horseracing in Wales and events such as this help us to reinforce our position as a major sporting venue and a prominent figure in the business community."
Doors open at 12.20pm, with the first race starting at 2.20pm and the last at 4.50pm. Standard admission tickets are priced from £14 in advance.
